KimchiDallas is a website(inkyul67.sg-host.com) hosted and run by Bluelime Communications(bluelimecomm.com).
Bluelime Communications is a marketing and design company based in Dallas, Texas.
The name ‘KimchiDallas’ is a combination of ‘Kimchi’ and ‘Dallas.’
As you may already know, ‘Kimchi’ is the most commonly known Korean food – fermented spicy cabbage.
‘Kimchi’ not only refers to the popular Korean food, but it is also used to signify anything and everything that is related to Korea – culture, economy, history, people, etc.
So, KimchiDallas means that it is an online media that delivers Korea-related topics, mostly happening in and around Dallas, Texas.
While the main topic covered will be Korean food, other topics such as news, interviews, business reviews, and business directories will also be available.
The website was launched back in March of 2020, with the goal of promoting the food, the culture, and the people of the Korean-American community of North Texas.
